Does/Did anyone chew gum in between meals without any problems?

Hi Mindy:

When I chew gum, I will count it a one of my packs of sweetners a day, I do not know if I should be counting it that way or not. I do know that I seem to be very sensitvie to the sweetners and have to be careful.

gum is not part of the CA plans. Sorry. no mints, gum, other sf candy is recommended.
