It's a small victory but for someone that hasn't lost more than 5 lbs here and there in years this is a huge milestone for me! I'm down 21.9 lbs since really buckling down in February! I'm so proud of myself I could almost cry!

Thanks so much everyone! I'm stalled now but I figured out I stall for a while after every 10 lbs or so lost so now I'm waiting for the scale to start moving again, which I know it will!
