Default Off plan for a second, back on tomorrow

Daughters birthday party. Ate a cupcake and a little pasta. First time in 4 weeks that I wasn’t 100% on plan. Don’t feel bad about it. Back on the grind tomorrow!

Not a big deal. A good night's sleep will have your body and hormones all reset to continue on low carb in the morning.
