Default livvie's lose-weight-get-toned log :)

normally, i log all my exercise on a dieting application in my phone. BUT since i'm on stillman's, i'm not supposed to calorie count so i'm trying to break my addiction to the app...& i figured, why not log my exercise here?

i exercise EVERY day, even if i just bike to the tesco i make sure i burn at least 300 calories a day (most of the time 800+)


biked 10 miles ~ leisurely pace, total 2 hours
did 120 crunches
45 leg curls
20 shoulder presses
20 minutes on a bunch of random weight machines
20 minutes elliptical (moderate)
15 minutes on a rowing machine (fast)

total calories burned: ~1,160 (according to the phone app...i can stop WHENEVER i want xD)

feeling terribly fatigued--didn't even do my crunches today. i think it's a mixture of PMS, and general slothiness from this diet..ive wanted to go back to bed since i woke up!

log for yesterday, 9/19

10 minutes rowing
20 leg curls reps of 2
100 crunches spread through the day (25 morning, 50 afternoon, 25 evening)
20 inner thigh weights reps of 2
10 minutes stationary cycling
10 reps on an ab machine i forget the name of
cycling for 1 hour

calories burned approx 750

yesterday i was quite fatigued and today i am too; it felt like i was dying after just a couple hours of shopping! either i'm coming down with atkins flu or it's my SAD(seasonal affective disorder) kicking in, either way sadface. ):

I MISS MY ENERGY. ): i miss going to the gym all the time and cycling everywhere and..omg. when the hell does this "atkins edge" kick in?! im dying here
