Hello everyone,

Just wated to say "hi."

Hubby and I are going to begin our low-carb adventure Monday.

We both have gained weight over the past 6 years of being together. And with trying to concieve we feel it's time for the weight to come off!

Well, I must get some sleep.

We're going to be following Atkins WOL. Still haven't bought a carb counter book, gonna get that later today. Ment to do it on the weekend and didn't.

In addition to a carb counting book--I recommend Corrine T. Netzer's--the USDA Database is great for carb counting. Here's the link:

Yes, welcome Karey...

Would you and your husband like to join our Winnipeg group. I am in the process of setting up a dinner get together in the next couple of weeks.

My hubby Ray and I have been following Dr. Atkins since March 6,2001 and to date, Ray has lost about 85-90 lbs and gone from a 51" waist to a 38". I have been a little slower and lost 45 lbs and about 4 dress sizes. It has been slow, but it didn't come on overnight and it's not gonna disappear overnight!

Let me know if you are interested!
