The lockdown rules changed half-way through the month. It was permitted to drive to exercise, and to exercise with one person from a different household, provided social distancing is maintained. I have done both a few times. I have also taken up jogging again, starting very carefully with walk100/jog100 and still the first week produced extreme soreness and stiffness right at the top of my legs. Much better now and more interesting than just trudging along the usual routes.
