Default melbourne low carb shopping

I want to buy some muffin mix, flour replacement products and more (Atkins)that I have seen all over this site. Where can I get some in inner melbourne? (I'm coming to melbourne for the footy on sat and it will be a big test for my induction program which finishes on the monday. I have planned out all of my snacks for the day so wish me luck). I will be very grateful for this info.

oaklady, I suggest you PM LC Dave, who lives in Melbourne. You could also try at our Australian low carb forum (http://www.auslowcarb.com), set up by Dave, where someone will be bound to know

What a pity Australian members don't post here more often.

Oaklady, have you looked through the sticky threads here? You'll find lots of information there, including info about finding products in Melbourne.

Rosebud

Thanks Rosebud, I agree with the aussie bit! Well I did it through the weekend and have finished my induction after a big weekend of restaurants and footy. I feel very proud of myself and while I have only lost 7 lb I fitted 2 cocktail parties, three meals out and the huge weekend away with the first meal at a steak house with little else!
It's nice to think there is some support out there. Thankyou

Well done, oaklady 22. Dining out is a challenge, especially on Inductiona dn it sounds as though you did really well.
