Okay Another thing I love about loosing 67 pounds so far. Ready?

DANCING.... I never much a dancer when I was younger I just wasn't in touch with my body that well or relaxed enough.

But for last 5 years, I have loosed up enough to be a good seat butt dancer. But couldn;t do it on my feet.

Cause of the weight and the jerky motion having a bad effect on my knees not sliding right when bending.

Well today I am dancing around the house to 50s music which I love and I can, and I got rhythm.

And my knees can handle it...

Whooo hoooo

Okay back to dancing and cleaning the house...

A little gross but truthful.

No longer having to seek the Handicap stall!

I'm glad you said that because it IS a little gross, but I was totally thinking it! That and the issues of cleaning all parts in the shower. I hurt my back a couple of years ago and between the back pain and being nearly 300 pounds I was seriously a little worried my hygiene would suffer. And I'm NOT asking my husband to help, you know? *shiver*

A new one I noticed as I worked out yesterday. At the end I always get down on the floor and do my lower ab work out.

And I use to have such trouble getting onto and up from the floor.

no more. Day by day I am plopping down and getting off the floor pretty easily now...

Whooo... Hoooo....

I'm not sure when the last time was that I sat on the floor - maybe I'll give it a try ;-) Seriously - I sometimes get this dream that I've literally fallen and can't get up. Often in the middle of a road, or in the snow, or someplace else that it would be deadly to not be able to escape from. I'm never injured or anything - just too big to get up on my own *shudder*.

Haha 2Thinchix... I always worried that one day I am stuck in my bed and they can't get me downstairs on a stretcher.

But it really is alot easier to sling 285 from off the floor than 352!

Tremendously grateful for that.

I am waiting to be thinner so I can actually kneel on the floor and not kill my knees.

I have more confidence not just physically but to take on tasks.

I use to have this confidence and over time I lost. I think because I kept failing at weight loss and kept getting heavier and heavier.

It really made me doubt myself. And put me in the state of mind that if I did any little thing wrong it was the end of the world.

Because that was how it was with weight loss.

Now I am more confident, throwing caution to the wind more in my work and private life.

It is nice, to have that.

Looking in the mirror in a morning there's this happy confident girl smiling back at me I knew years ago.
I really missed her a lot!

going down steps is much easier to control and I need less support as I use too. Between bad knees from doing athelics and the hefty weight I was having to bend on. It was making it difficult to go down steps.

LOL, Lovinita ;-) And yes to the clothes - I've been focusing on things being less tight, but I recently realized they also LOOK better. Here's a revelation - I'm sure when I passed this weight on the way UP I hated looking at myself in the mirror, but now that I'm here and headed the other direction I keep catching glimpses and thinking "hey! I look pretty good!" :-)
