Default can you eat coconut Butter (not Oil) on a candida diet?

I don't mean coconut oil. Since coconut butter is sweet and has carbs, it seems like it wouldn't be a good idea. Plus, I kind of crave it, which doesn't seem like a good sign.

Ideas anyone?

Coconut butter and coconut oil are usually used interchangeably. If the coconut butter you are referring to is sweet and has carbs, what in fact, actually is it??

In any case, as I'm sure you already know, sugar is out on a candida diet.

those terms are both used for coconut oil but there is actually a difference. coconut butter has coconut solids in it, it is not just the fat.
