Question Align

Has anyone tried the new product called "Align"?
Just wondering if there are any that feel that it has worked? or found that it didn't? I think I would like to try it, but it is awfully expensive.

I was given samples of Align, but when I found out it contained dairy - I decided not to take it. While Align is lactose-free, it contains milk protein - 'casein'. I'm pretty sensitive to dairy foods, so I just didn't bother.

Meanwhile, I found the Enzymatic Therapy Acidophilus Pearls IC to be very effective. The regular Acidophilus Pearls are good too - but I did notice that the 'IC' version really seemed to help when I was having some tummy trouble. I'd use the regular acidophilus pearls as more of a maintenance thing, and the 'IC' version for serious tummy issues.

You can get the regular Enzymatic Therapy Acidophilus Pearls just about anywhere, but I found the 'IC' ('intensive care') version at my local health food store.

Hope this helps
