I guess I understood your post differently than others, so I will preface my comments with - if you are not worried about losing a bit more weight, it is normal and fine to eat a different amount of carbs on different days. I average about 40-70 carbs on any given day. I eat what appeals to me within my allowed foods and don't really worry too much about being consistent from day to day.
