I did cardio workout for over 50 minutes today. The interesting thing I observed was that even after burning 300+ calories, I wasn't tired at all. Before I used get exhausted and just wanted to go back to bed. Further more, I think I got the "europhoric" feel that you get when you body goes in Lipolysis, I was pushing myself like heck today, I felt I could go for an extra hour. It almost seems before I didn't know how long I could hold on to the exertion, now it's how soon do I stop?

All is well in my land!!!
