Thumbs up Emmy's Workout Log

I have been doing a combo of elliptical,exercise tv, and heavy duty yard work. I need to keep going on it, so maybe having a place to put things will help.

35 minutes kickboxing
1.5 hours yard work
5 hours yard work

2 hours weed eating..not really a gym workout, but hey I'm still sore!

My biceps are really sore today! Not sure what I'm doing for activity today...probably more yard work.

yesterday:
1.5 hours walking
5 hours cleaning off the deck and power washing the deck. It went from black to a nice light golden color. Weird and ewwwww...

pressure washed the deck again, planted huge planters, lugged around bags of potting soil. My arms are so tired that I could barley hold up the phone to talk to my Mom.
