Hi, all. Too much running around to spend time on the internet on vacation, and only got to the planking one time. Between walking a lot, and never being sure exactly how clean the carpet was in hotels, I just decided to hold off for a week.

But I'm down to a new low, so something worked!

Good Monday morning Plank Peeps!

I missed Saturdays planks so considered that my day off for the week. On Sunday I did this workout:

90 second front plank on forearms and toes
50 second side plank on forearm and toes
12 modified push ups
T-Tapp organs in place and half frogs
T-Tapp Hoe Downs
30 second downward facing dog
30 second child's pose
12 reverse crunches
12 triceps dips

Today I was running late so couldn't do my workout without being late for work.

Thanks, you guys.

I'm readjusting to my own time zone again today. I am pretty sure by Wed I should be back to normal. Last night, though, I was still going until 1 am. It felt like 11 pm, to me.

LOL, Jo. Maybe I should modify that to: as normal as possible.

Yesterday: 1:00/rest/30.

I knew it'd be an adjustment, and it was. Made it to lights out by 12:30, last night. A half hour a night will be good enough, I think.

Happy Tuesday Plank People!

Here's today's workout....

90 second front plank on forearms and toes
60 second side plank on forearm and toes (added 10 seconds each side)
12 modified push ups
T-Tapp organs in place and half frogs
T-Tapp Hoe Downs
30 second downward facing dog
30 second child's pose
12 reverse crunches
12 triceps dips

Adding 10 seconds to my side planks was challenging but I did it! Yay me

Yesterday: 1:05/rest/35. Moving back up.

Did a bunch of weeding yesterday. It was 90+. I don't know how much exercise that equaled, but I certainly got a good sweat going. Better than a sauna!

Jo, you are flying along. You are actually planking for 3.5 min, you know!

Yesterday: increasing again. 1:10, waited while I checked email, 50 sec.

Happy Friday all. It's a long weekend up here in Canada and I am looking forward to being outside.

I had very low energy this morning but decided to power through my workout anyway. I'm glad I did.

Yesterday meant a lot of weeding, and, as a result, a sore lower back. Only 1:10, then no more.

Strengthening in other ways, I guess, means not so much in the planned way, afterward.

Mouse, thanks for the rooting. But it's not nearly where I was before my vacation. Nor, as I have shown myself over the years, is patience one of my most obvious virtues.
