I always test each morning and I’m in full ketosis now. Does that speed up weight loss now that I’m in the zone. I’m only a week in but have lost 11 pounds so far and hoping for more the next few weeks.
Also, since you started 2 weeks ago, understand there is a common pattern to weight loss. After the initial water weight loss, there is usually a slow down in scale weight loss, but instead you have Fat Loss which is what you want. Oh great article by Amy Berger, as all hers are. Funny I never tested my ketones in any way in over 20 years, but just a month ago bought a Keto Mojo blood ketone monitor. But certainly I refuse to obsess over the numbers. But I do find it interesting to track, but don’t think I’ll do it forever.
