What's your goal?
If it is "lipogenesis-less", it is superset of "Exercise and/or LowCarb and/or Fasting/Calorie-restriction."

"Lipogenesis" is the biochemical pathway inside your body to convert carb/sugar to fat.
"Lipogenesis" has been linked to many problems, diseases and tumors growth.
"Lipogenesis-less" is to stop that process.
If you can not create fat in your body and eat less than your body needs, you lose weight. It will balance out in time though.
When you are fasting or doing calorie restriction, you stop lipogenesis. Same as exercise, but no one can do 24x7 exercise to stop 24x7 lipogenesis.
Now you should understand why exercise help body health though "lipogenesis-less".
The way I do "calorie restriction" is eating the least carb rich fruits(pear, tomato, guava...) I love. I am still hungry even though my stomach is full of fruits. No room even for water.
