I am enjoying my body again-30 pounds is alot. But ,I am starting to get board that the extra 30 is never going to go away.I have bad knees so bike riding and running have been out of the question.I could walk,I'll be honest kinda lazy.I am loyal about drinking water.
I need the intial SPARK again.
Just thought I'd throw it out there.
Whats a person to do when weight lose has stopped.

How long has your stall been going on? You could be eating things with hidden carbs. I know myself as time goes on, I have a tendency to get lax with reading labels etc.

Whats a person to do when weight lose has stopped
If you have more weight to lose , and you weight stop lose you can use some supplement
1)ECA Stack Or NYC Stack
2)L-carnitine 'metabolize food into energy and trasport fatty acid into cell to be burned for energy
3)increess your activity
4) make sure your carb intake below 20 G and fat intake 1.5 g for every 1 g protein it this ratio you will reach ketosis

if you do all this 4 step and you not lose any weight
