i've refreshed my CAD book and started thinking that to some extend i;ve been doing it already, any alcohol is considered high carb meal. yougurt too. so, if i get 1/2glass of wine ican;t get my berries?

It is a question of balancing the reward meal into equal thirds i.e. if you want to have berries and a glass of wine you can if you have approx 1/3 to match of low carb vegetables and 1/3 protein. At least that is the way I understand it to work. Mind you, after only three weeks on it I am no expert by any means and am learning something new about it every day. Good luck.
