Returning for some maintenance:-)
I accomplished a very successful low carb reduction (from 230 to 185) in the fall of 2017, and then returned to regular eating..and drifted into some bad eating habits. So I am now 208 (as of this morning), and am getting ready to go on another low carb adventure to get down to between 180 and 185. I am going to start next Monday (4/22) at the latest, although I may move that up to Saturday. I just need to consume some of the carb rich foods I already have in the pantry/refrigerator, to clear them out without wasting them.
I always knew that I would need to revisit low carb periodically to maintain a healthy weight, and I am not interested in living low carb all the time. That said, when I emerge again from the other end of this low carb adventure, I need to make better choices so I can go 3 years between intense low carb dieting:-)
Look for me to report in on the monthly weigh in May!
