I know it's kind of last minute but I am IN!! My goal is to maintain through the holidays and if I LOSE then that is just a bonus.

I know that I can avoid high carb treats because I am SUPER motivated to lose...I'm going to bring some of my own things along for emergencies (like Advantage bars, nuts and some LC candy...)

What a great thread...sorry I joined so late!!

I have to also say thank you for this challenge as it has kept me working out and losing. I realize I am not going to reach my goal short of a miracle however when I started this WOL I wore a 46-48 jeans I am now able to slide into a 42 so for that so far I am happy!

YIKES!! Took the day off yesterday from work... and apparently from my goals as well!! I think as far as food goes... I'm history until after Christmas...but back to the crunches and water starting TODAY!!

WTG everyone!! WOOHOO.. Christmas is only a few days away.. and that's a day I'm going to be jealous of all you out there with the younger kids. There are few things in this world as special as seeing little ones eyes light up Christmas morning!

Yesterday got my water in (80-some ounces). I decided not to work out since I'm getting off work at noon today and will get my 3rd one in then. My legs really hurt last night, so I'm glad I didn't have to do those squats!

Edited to add: It's now about 3pm and I did get my workout in for day! That brings me up to my 3/3 this week. Now... To pack our bags and drive 4 hours north... *sigh* Ah, Christmas. Oh - I've also already met my water goal for the day! I'm back to 142.5 today, so hopefully my weight will stop bouncing around like Tigger and just stick for once! Did I tell you I was 145 yesterday!!!!!! How do you ago from 143 to 145 and then to 142.5 in two days?!?!?! Oh well... stupid body.

Anyway, I'm not sure how much I'll be checking in before Christmas. I'll be at the in-laws and computer time there is hard to come by (two teenagers in the house). If I don't check in, I hope everyone has a wonderful holiday!!! Finish those goals up guys!!! Only a few more days!

Missed the workout yesterday however I did get my weight lifting intoday so im feeling good for the christmas day weigh in on saturday. I hope I can see 305 or less because I know I wont make goal of 300

Honey......... I am home

Had a great time, still good on the weightloss, need to get some exercise after all the driving.

Looks like everyone is doing great, Bean's got that whip going!!!!!

Becki you'll have to take us to a new challenge after Christmas.

AND, THANK YOU for THIS CHALLENGE, it has sure kept me on track, [softly rubbing those "whip marks"]
