Default 11th March, what are you SB babes eating today?

Menu for today so far...

B: Chicken cooked in salsa with loads of veggies including zuchini, onion, Red peppers, and carrots
S: half an apple
L: Salmon ceasar salad
S: 6 green grapes
D: Cos, shrimp, mayo, hard boiled eggs and red pepper salad with 1 oz LF cheese shredded on top

Water so far 115 floz

Phase 2

Breakfast: eggs, scallions, mushrooms, bacon baked in the oven.
Snack:I was going to eat frozen berries but didn't really want them so I had 1 serving of sunflower seeds
Lunch: Salmon, balsamic spinach and grape tomatoes sauteed in oilve oil and garlic
Snack: 3 strawberries
Dinner:Chicken, spinach pie and a side salad
Dessert- chocoalte and hazelnut mousse (sugar free)

Workout:Ultimate fintness 30 minutes


I have no idea what I am eating today- I usually have it planned out but I'm drawing a blank here! LOL!

Phase 2
Breakfast: 2 soy sausage links, "snack size" low-fat cottage cheese, 1 cup of very thick old fashioned oatmeal sweetened w/ xylitol and cinnamon.
Snack: some kind of low gi fruit
Lunch: boca burger patties w/ mushrooms and salad
Snack: celery & laughing cow wedge
Dinner: chicken & veggies

Phase II

Brunch: 3 eggs, piece of flax toast and V8
Lunch: celery, hummus and a few ounces of leftover top sirloin
Snack: peanut butter and a banana
Dinner: We ordered in as a treat... I had Malaysian (a few tbsps of beef curry, hot and sour soup, chicken satay, spicy spinach and some radish cake). Yum!!!!
Dessert:

I had a good workout today again shoveling the driveway. Hardly any snow all season, and then it dumps in March. Too weird! Really gets my appetite up, which is a no no when I'm haning around the house all day. Trying to keep busy with laundry and taxes. What a fun Saturday!

exercise: doubles tennis match 1 1/2hr

B: 2 eggs, cheese, coffee
snack: 20 almonds
L: chicken and salad, lite dressing
snack: 1 c yogurt
dinner; steak, greenbeans
