Thumbs up Pret breakfast protein pot

This morning I discovered that Pret do a breakfast protein pot of 2 hard boiled eggs and spinach (cold).

It's very simple and obviously something you could knock up at home, but if you are on the run and didn't have time to make breakfast it's a good option, as I found this morning!
