Hello;
This is my grand announcement.

I did not lose as quickly as some on this diet, and I had one very sabotaged day,....BUT I am losing size in Good Form! I am now fitting 14's instead of bursting outta 16's and feeling rather slim and lighter on my feet. I have increased my walks to 6 miles x3/wk the past two weeks.

My Stomach was a Bog Scary Monster. I am so glad to see it leaving~!
Can hardly wait to see how much next month- my friends are starting to notice, and they are amazed!
Even my adult children who did not see me for 3 weeks said, "Way to go Mom! You are looking slimmer and really fit! That's the way to do it- just do it- Don't talk about it and people will see what you're doing~!"
