Default 2/3 of the way!

This week I reached the 2/3 mark. I feel like I'm entering the home stretch!

My loss has been slow and steady since 7-1-08, about a pound a week with one long stall in the middle. Now I'm impatient to reach my goal, so I have been starting to ratchet up the exercise a bit (at least then I'll LOOK thinner!).

If I can continue to lose at this rate, I should reach my goal by end of summer and be able to break out those bikinis.

I have been taking IntegraLean (Irvingia) since December, I think it helps but can't say for sure, as my marriage also fell apart around that time.

I've recovered from my husband's leaving, however, and in fact am starting to realize how much nicer my life is without walking on eggshells around him and his moods.

What has been great about this diet is that I have never suffered from being hungry, my cravings and snacking largely went away, and although I still miss bread, I don't feel deprived.

Congratulations!!!

I too started on 7/1/08... and while I'm not nearly as far along as you, I do anticipate a 50% post coming up soon!

It IS a great WOE! And aside from an occasional mexican food attack, I don't miss hardly anything to eat!

You have had so much going on in your life that you should be especially proud of your accomplishment! Most people, in your situation with a failed marriage, would have looked at that as an excuse to drown in carbs, and you didn't!!!

Keep up the good work and enjoy your bikini this summer!!!

Pammieanne -
I love this quote:
"It's true that we don't know what we've got until we lose it, but it's also true that we don't know what we've been missing until it arrives. "

Thanks!

We've lost almost the same amount of weight in the same time span.
