Default DH (CFS/ME) using keto-based Myhill Protocol

When my husband and I met, his chronic fatigue syndrome was somewhat controlled, enough for him to attend one college class per semester. When insurance forced him to take two, he had a serious setback.

We've had ups and downs since then, but beginning this year after a virus laid him terribly low, he is committed to Dr. Sarah Myhill's advice, who is a UK doctor specializing in this form of mitochondrial illness.

She has books on US Amazon (even more on UK Amazon) and has build a wiki:

https://www.drmyhill.co.uk/wiki/CFS...ondrial_Failure

Which covers what a person can do to treat themselves using her advice.
