Welcome to Club TriDig!

You'll find lots of support here - as well as in the other forums.

Have you started putting together an exercise program yet? That will almost certainly be very important to your eventual success.

Keep the Faith!

17 pounds -- I'll say you're doing pretty well

I'm not a natural exerciser either. I enjoy walking (I might not if I lived in Buffalo in the winter!) but can never "find the time" to do it. I try to make room for at least one 20 minute walk a day, but that isn't enough -- I don't feel any different. TWO 20-minute walks make a difference

Congrats again on your fine start.

Hi Patty! Welcome to the group. I too finished Induction and my 3rd week.

From the stats it sure looks like you've done well. Are you slowly increasing your carb intake now? I'm trying to figure out how and if I can get a small amount of fruit into my plan.

Oh well, may be we can figure it out together! I wish you continued success. This is a great forum, as I'm sure you will see.
