Hi! I'm just starting the SPI. The concept makes total sense and I'm very excited about the healing of my body and eventual weight loss. However, I'd like to know from anyone on this board what you do about sweets. I know that if the program is followed correctly, you shouldn't crave them. Has anyone confirmed this in their own journey? I guess what I'm trying to address is that my DH and I go out on "date night" every Saturday evening. In the past, we've usually split a dessert and coffee which we probably enjoy more mentally than from true craving. What do you do about holidays?
