Default I gotta make time to exercise....

Somehow someway i gotta make time for ME! ME to exercise!!

Well today is day 1 for me. I did 20-25 min of the Walk away the Pounds 1 mile dvd. It was pretty good. Time flew by. I actually broke a sweat too! Kinda like this video. I didnt use the weights YET, but may be soon i will. Im soooo outta shape that this 'walking' actually made feel a burn!!!

Praying that this exercise thing goes well!

Great going girl. Hey, 20 minutes is good. Keep up the great work. Before you know it, you'll be walking twice that amount.
