Default Gained Back 110lb in 4 years

Hi guys,
back after a 4 year carb blowout now 353lb SHOCK
What can I say but I can do this, I have done it before, I am now heaver then I have ever been and it is starting to reduce my lifestyle (in many ways) I have been blessed with a new addition to my family (sophie 9 months old), it was a bit of a shock as our oldest is 18 and youngest 13 and now worried about not being there for her in the future.

Anyway I am back... today is day 5 and feeling good
cheers Ian

Ian,

I also gained back about 100 lbs in 4 years---mostly eating way too much sugar!

I just started back and really plan to succeed this time, we can do this and we will....for ourselves first, but also for the people in our lives who love and need us, I'm glad you're doing this!

I do hope that you are doing well, Ian1974. I see from your profile that you've not been back here since 8/23, the day after your post.
I think its very important to be here daily when getting back on our plans. Posting then disappearing doesn't seem to help much at all.

Stories like yours scare the crap out of me. I want to keep losing and NOT gain the weight back for pretty much the same reason. My oldest is 23 and my youngest is 11. After my second trip to the hospital last year I resolved to get the last one ready to face the world before I'm ready to go. They still need us in their teens even though it's the last thing they would ever admit.
