Talking 1 thing good about being fat

yes I said good aside from obviously the food you could eat.

But I realized when cutting in the trim work on the floor this weekend/week that my padding on my back side had gone down considerably.

I woke up the first day very soar on my bum side...

And had my self a good painful chuckle.

Too funny...

The one and only thing I miss about being fat is that I feel the cold terribly now! I've lost my insulation!!!

I am cold, this will be my first winter with LC... And finally I could buy 1 shirt on at LL bean. I bought a corderoy with fanel lining...

I was so psyched!

I am also biking Althetic Type leggings so I can double layer this winter...

Since starting this WOE, my cold tolerance has actually increased significantly. What I find intolerable is moderate to high humidity with cool weather. Dry, cold air doesn't bother me. Wet, cold air turns me into an ice cube.

Me too!!! (the cold part... I don't miss being heavier at all!) I'm only down 30 lbs and I find myself putting on my sweater, slippers and grabbing a blanket!! Im very surprised it has hit me so soon. I have a "list" of things that bothered me at my heaviest... I check off each thing as they disapear with the weight loss. Sweating and being hot was #1! Not anymore!

Being cold lets me know I'm actually losing weight, as I'm never cold otherwise, so bring it on, I'll just put on a sweater!
