Hammer Curl 3/8/12

Front Raise 3/8/12
Rear Delt Row 3/8/50
Seated Crunch 3/10/50
Vertical Leg-Hip Raise 3/8 no weight

Did this workout in 30 minutes. I stayed in bed too long stretching after my alarm went off

That's about how long I take in the gym total on non-cardio days. Any longer and I'd be bored to death!
