Default Question about soy/estrogen and another about sex drive

I have read over and over again that soy is bad for women with PCOS because soy mimics estrogen and this is something women with PCOS do no want because we are "estrogen dominant" and our extra estrogen has been stored in fat and converted to testosterone.... what I don't understand is that if this is true, why do I have underdeveloped breasts? Shouldn't I have very large breasts if my body has too much estrogen? Or did my body convert the extra estrogen I have into testosterone before I hit puberty... I was a VERY muscular little girl, so maybe I had too much testoserone already?

Also, if I have extra testosterone in my body, why is that I have never really had any sex drive?

Can anyone help me with these questions? It would be much appreciated!

Thank you!
