Default The 20 minute fitness solution-anyone doing it?

Hi folks,
having two jobs really cuts into my gym time so i have been doing bodyweight exercises at work for the last month or so.

I am seeing some good results, i can do pull ups now, but i found "The 20 minute fitness solution" online and was wondering if anyone here has done it.

They post a WOD(workout of the day) and it is all bodyweight exercises, with three difficultly levels, advanced, intermediate and beginners. It is also free, with little to no equipment needed.

It looks good to me and as soon as i finish the current program cycle i am on, next thursday, i am going to start it. I will post results on the site here to let people know how it is working out for me.
