TKD: how long before a workout do you pop your smarties?
Hi all. I'd like to try adding some fast carbs before I work out, as I'm starting to 'bonk'. I've seen people quote 30-60 minutes before. Immediately before would be more convenient for me. Any thoughts?

I'm on CKD, so I do things a tad different. Monday and tuesday I really dont need carbs, but by thursday I really feel like its beneficial for my workouts to add 15-20 grams.
Fast carbs (sugars) no more than 30 minutes.
More complex carbs should be 60-75 minutes.
