I've got a tin of tuna and an avocado today, which I will mix together with a few drops of tabasco for zing!

That's a great idea! I'm going to try that this week!!

For me it's 4oz of roasted pork loin with a drizzle (barely a tsp) of sriracha sauce, and a protein shake.

Sumatra - I can recommend it, it really was good!

Today I have sardines in tomato sauce over roasted vegetables, topped with olive oil and dill. And a piece of cheese for afters.

I could get used to this!

Yesterday's lunch was a large salad with spinach & butterhead lettuce, 1/2 a cucumber, a small tomato, green onion, pepperoncinis, mushrooms, avocado, sliced up bacon-wrapped chicken breast, yogurt dressing. It was delicious!

I had spaghetti squash with meat sauce and a little bit of parmesaon on top. My first time! I loved it and I am quite the pasta lover. It's was very filling and satisfying.

Today, I had a vanilla protein smoothie with spinach, strawberries, almond milk and almond extract. I just worked out hard, yoga and then cardio so that is what I was craving. Very filling, I could only drink half and had to drink the other half later as a snack.
