Hey Stacy,

This morning, down another .2 - I can't believe it - FINALLY! So today, more protein shakes and 30 minutes on the ellip. Tomorrow is my official "weigh day" - last sunday, I'd dropped to a "new low" of 205.2 - wouldn't it be great to be able to log a two pound loss this week???? I'll post when I'm done with my exercise...

So today is day 44 for you - that is something else! 14 for me. It's funny that I started this thread and you have 30 days in a row on me! Thank you thank you thank you for telling me about the protein shakes. I am down another pound this morning - my "stall" or "creep" or whatever has officially been broken!

CONGRATULATIONS!!!!

Onderland - sigh. The way things are going I may be able to join you by the weekend. Yesterday was my first actual "no solid food" day, and I told Brian (my hubby) that I want a piece of chicken tonight. It still qualifies under the PSMF thing and I want to CHEW something.

On the down side, I'm so sore I don't know how I'll get on the ellip today. But on the up side, i know I have to (I'm up to day 15 and don't want to start over!), so that's a good thing.

I'll post after I work out...

Good for you!! On Sunday I walked the dog for twenty minutes. I then realized the leaves needed raking desperately (we are listing our house this week) so I spent 3 hours raking about a third of the lawn. I was too exhausted to do any further exercise. Monday I raked another hour and did not get on a machine to exercise. Today I will, even if it kills me, and it probably will.
