Nada again, but was tired from Stampede on Saturday. I carried around my 4 y/o (43lbs) for close to 4 straight hours and it was hot (27C or 28C).

Didn't get my workout in yesterday. Too much stuff needed to be done before the kids get back & before I knew it the day was gone.

Was feeling really weak today for some reason. I wanted to keep going, but my body was done. Not sure what that was about. Hoping tomorrow is better.

My posting time has gone straight down the tube with the start of the new school year. I had been working out up until the end of August but didn't have time to post and since then I haven't worked out at all. Managed to get a workout in today & hopefully, now that school's been back for a couple weeks, things will settle down enough around here that I can get in regular workouts during the week again as well.

I hope you don't mind me writing on your journal, I just wanted to say thanks for your welcome. In your picture you look like such a warm person. I also read a little of your my space page, the music is fab. I also learned a bit about Autism. Its seems your getting the exercise in. Got a couple small ab workouts in during the week, but nothing to write home about. The trampoline workout is actually 20 mins. but there was no way I could finish. My legs were like rubber LOL.

Very small workout on Sunday night. Spent most of the day on the couch recovering from a night of drinkie-poo's and I knew that wouldn't be enough of an excuse for Tim .

Nothing yesterday - meant to after I dropped the bus off and then I started doing laundry and then it was time to go again. Not sure what I'm doing today yet. One of J's therapist's is coming later today which kills my already short day by another 1.5 hours. Will see...
