Thanks F! that is really nice of you and next time I will send an invite your way. We have the best crab in the world where we live!

tonight I am making a grilled chicken with a mole bbq sauce it is like a spicy chocolate dipped chicken! I just can not find anything but salad to go with the chicken.

oh well the chicken will go with the chicken and salad

it was stunning out today! so all day busting ass in the yard
something needed to go on the grill!

after all January is done!!!

Pot roast with carrots, celery, onions, and mushrooms. I cooked it in the crockpot all day so it was nice and tender!

I made a roast beast...same way I did awhile ago. Made an herbed butter and slapped it on there and roasted it up..it makes a delicious savory herbed crust.

Low carb cottage pie with a salad made out of baby spinach, cucumber, red bell pepper, celery, carrots, blue cheese and bacon topped with real ranch dressing.

It was good.

Tonight will be pot roast - already in the crockpot! Will probably do a side of rice for the family and green beans. Fortunately, I can fix rice and it doesn't bother me in the least - never much cared for it. Potatoes, on the other hand, I will NOT fix - major danger food!

Yet more roast beef.......that sucker was 5 1/2 pounds before I cooked it.
