Forgot to add, I used 15 lb weight to exhaustion. (2 sets of 20 reps) It was soooooo hard. The BD tape wore my arms out (Not to the point of my calves though. I so need to stretch them some more........

Are your claves hurting just from the BD tape or something else too? Hope your calves are feeling better soon...just think how strong and lean they are getting
Well, I kind of worked out. Yesterday I trimmed crap that's pouring over from my neighbors yard, and today I mowed the lawn and did more of the same as yesterday.
