I missed my exercise yesterday was suppose to go to the park but my dh changed his mind so we did not go

I pushed up my exercise bike seat and now I feel like I am exercising my whole leg

no sure how much I did this morning my timer clunked out in the middle.
I'll have to remember to do my back up timer from now on

I have been good about exerciseing but just forgetting to post in my journal.
I have been walking and I am ready to go to the park again I found my 2 lb weights to power walk
the one lbs were getting boring
I am thinking of getting the Christian yoga tapes I saw they look very interesting
After doing some reading I understand how the mat and other supplies work

Since the tv stopped working I am going to the park today.
I'll have to find our spare tv to exercise to.

Been riding my exercise bike allot lately because of all the rain and bad pollen season.
I need to make it work better I don't feel that I am getting a good work out like when I go to the park.

worked in my garden pulling weeds and trying to get rid of the wild rhubarb
I am sore already
found out about the mystery of the missing green onions my husband thought they were weeds and either pulled them or ran them over with the lawn mower.
