Hi all,

What a day...dreadmill not done...lots of errands (unexpected and appointments but gone all day and collapesed at home). Pedometer does not show enough steps to consider this dreadmill duty so will have to play catch up.
Carbs=23
Water= just 64 under the gun...did not get to drink water all day...actually chose not to as didn't want to be seeking out the ladies room all day...so what am I doing up this late hour you ask??? Peeing of course!!!
Rhonda...where do you live? If you want to PM me your addy I'll gladly send you a loaf ...it is good...it is f**** addictive. I wallowed in it last noc and passed out with my arms around it and woke up with a carb hangover and cravings that are driving me crazy! So, think Rhonda...I wish I had had DH taste it and gone by his word...but I'll probably have more Christmas day

I am so pissed off right now, I could of, I could of, I could of, it was there, I cooked it, but I didn't touch it! I ate legal, even though I could of! I am beginning to think I want this more than I originally thought!

Not trying to bring anyone down.... Just had a bad evening, and I could of, but I didn't.

I could sure use a "pat on the back" from my fellow "*~*~* Days til Christmas Countdown *~*~* challengers" for not falling face first.

Sorry, I didn't know where or what to do with my feelings except to come here.

Thanks for listening. I need this challenge more than you know!

Your day sounds like mine, Nancy! I have to laugh at this image I have of you waking up with your arms wrapped around the bread!!! You are so sweet to offer to send me some, but I have the exact same image of myself, except I'd wake up in May and be 30 pounds heavier or something like that!

I've got to get my act together. Chinese food yesterday - I felt HORRIBLE all afternoon. I hate to say it {gulp}, but I need Becki, Mike, Nancy, and everybody else to whip me into shape!!!!! Of course, if it wasn't for you guys, I'd have already gone down with the ship.

OOOOOOOOOHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!! Puppies! I loooove puppies! My puppy is now 2 and his annoying habits aren't quite as cute anymore... *sigh*

Anyhoo - got my water goal met already! And a workout is in the mix for tonight (obviously, it didn't happen last night). Fill ya in later.

Happy Thursday evening everyone - my ThursDAY sucked completely and totally, but work is almost done and things are getting better.

I had a question beans! If I do my weight work out today (which was supposed to be yesterday but I skipped it cause it was my bday) and go to the gym to do my normal treadmill/bike workout today. Would that count LOL let me know ASAP!
