I think feeling skinnier is a mental thing. I always think I'm skinnier than I am until I see a picture of myself. Then I see myself naked in the mirror and I think, who the heck is that?!
I haven't been under 200 in probably 21 years if I'm being honest. I've identified with this body and this up and down weight for that long, it will be different to change what I think about myself. I would think it would be like getting a divorce after so long married. You have to think differently, do things differently, etc...
Good luck figuring it out as I'm sure I'm no help, but I think you have done such a great job and just keep telling yourself every day, I'm thinner! I'm thinner! I look good! Keep pics of your old self posted on a wall somewhere to remind you how far you've come.
