Default Lord have mercy

August? August it has been since I have been in here and as ashamed as I am to admit it, it has been that long since I have done any meaningful exercise.

But, No more, the new Bonnie that has evolved over the past few weeks is ready to get to work. Ready to get down to business so to speak.

I have the dumbells and the resistance bands ready. Got the Gazelle out again for cardio. My husband and I are also going to start walking during the day as soon as all this rain is gone..

So bare with me, I will try to get in here and post everyday.

I will post more tomorrow.

Default Okay

Well, I did manage to get some walking done yesterday. Had to go to the courthouse and instead of taking the elevator I took the stairs. It was only up one floor, but I went in and out like three times...lol...I didn't even get winded.....and my legs don't even hurt...I am suprised...lol...
