Ok, I have a great start to my Christmas goal. I actually did an hour of yoga which is fabulous, for me anyway! It turned into quite a workout, my son came down and asked why I was sweating so bad.

Can I join too? Tried low carb but never able to stay on in the past. Ready to try again (Carb cycling this time). I am taking a trip to Orlando right after christmas. I want to be down a few pounds and generally feel better. My main goal is really to stay on plan till christmas eve. Also I hope to hit 200, about 217 today but haven't weighed in a while.
Well, I have almost survived my 48 hour workshift! The real challange is going home from work tomorrow morning and exercising before I do all of my errands and that other fun stuff! I'm pooped, thankgoodness I only do this every other weekend. I would have to say the this job has definitely taken it's toll on my energy levels and ability to do decent workouts. Wish me luck!
