how odd, here in the UK having a fry up which contains sausages and fried eggs is the normal breakfast, only they also have baked beans, hash-browns, tomatoes, mushrooms, balck puding and fried toast with it. But no one would look twice if they see someone having fried eggs and sausages for breakfast.

Not too much of what I eat grosses people out at this point, because they see I'm getting results from LCing. But I've learned not to talk about things like pork rind waffles around non-believers! And I'll eat a fried egg on just about anything...

Recently, while out to dinner with friends, a buddy of mine asked me to please not eat the toppings off a pizza, as he thought it was gross. Of course, he is gigantic and probably didn't want me to besmirch the sanctity of pizza pie. ;-)

Actually I think removing and eating pizza topping is gross too... reason is I have heard this old joke when I was a kid its about a man who never saw a pizza in his life, went to visit relatives in the ciry and they took him to a Pizza restaurant, so when the pizza arrived, the man screamed: who vomited on my bread so you see pizza topping is associated with vomit in my head since I was a kid

My boyfriend and girlfriends are pretty used to my diet by now, but the one thing that I think they do wonder at is when we have a cheese/pepperoni/cracker tray with a dip, I'll dip the pepperoni in the dip (it's meant for the chips or crackers). That gets them.
And putting mayo on a cheeseburger, they cringe at that.

I just saw suet in the store last night, never noticed it before. Was wondering what I would do with it!
Make candles?

A friend gave me a bag of brisket fat he trimmed after cooking: I fried some in bacon fat-- it was quite good and kept hunger at bay for most of the next day.

My DD cringes when I put mayo on so many things. But I cringe just as much as her ketchup consumption so we're even!

Eating the chicken skin off someone else's plate really shocks people.

I have to agree with what a lot of other people said already. Coconut oil straight, massive amounts of heavy whipping cream, chicken skin and other fatty meat parts. Oh, and I brought a steak knife to work today so that I could slice my pork tenderloin after nuking it. Thankfully no one saw me do it so I didn't get any strange looks.

If you had told me a year ago that I (a woman who was raised Jewish) would be eating pork rinds as a snack and liking them, I would have had you checked into a mental institution. Funny how much eating habits can change in just a few months.
