Saturday: 2-mile walk outside (30 minutes), gardening
Sunday: 2 hours of yardwork, 4 hours of heavy cleaning -- no walking

Still sore from all the yard work this weekend (which was made worse by walking yesterday) so I took Tuesday off from walking.

Saturday: Walked 2 miles w/a 6-year-old in tow back from the parade.
Sunday: Planned day off
Monday: 1 mile WATP (Walkus Interruptus)
Tuesday: WATP Walk/Jog (2.5 miles in 30 minutes), 30 minute brisk walk outside (about 1.5-2 miles)

Wednesday: 30 minutes of Denise Austin kickboxing. I am a crazy woman.

Oh, and also, I walked about 3 miles in the gorgeous sunshine after lunch (45 minutes very brisk walking) My butt hurts.

Saturday: 4 hours of gardening, 2 hours cleaning (no walking)
Sunday: 2 hours cleaning
Monday: 4 hours heavy cleaning, 20 minutes brisk walking (outside)
(No official exercise for those 3 days, but I worked my behind off!)
Tuesday: 30 minutes brisk walking (outside)
