Saturday: 2-mile walk outside (30 minutes), gardening
Sunday: 2 hours of yardwork, 4 hours of heavy cleaning -- no walking
Monday: 2-mile WATP w/weights
Saturday: Walked 2 miles w/a 6-year-old in tow back from the parade.
Sunday: Planned day off
Monday: 1 mile WATP (Walkus Interruptus)
Tuesday: WATP Walk/Jog (2.5 miles in 30 minutes), 30 minute brisk walk outside (about 1.5-2 miles)
Saturday: 4 hours of gardening, 2 hours cleaning (no walking)
Sunday: 2 hours cleaning
Monday: 4 hours heavy cleaning, 20 minutes brisk walking (outside)
(No official exercise for those 3 days, but I worked my behind off!)
Tuesday: 30 minutes brisk walking (outside)
