My goal this month is the same as last: stick to the plan and don't let the carb monster outwit me. I've never lasted two months on any 'diet', so even though this is starting to feel easier, I'm trying to be prepared for some serious cravings somewhere along the way.

The carb monster finally scored a victory. After suffering some initial humiliation, I've let it go, am taking some detailed notes, and feeling pretty good about things. The total carbs weren't outrageous, just 'normal'. Total calories, the same. I know it'll just be a few days' blip as long as I don't let it trigger more.
