Happy Monday - adjusted counter. I'm now in "Maintenance Mode" in DDF until the next challenge mid April - I signed up for unlimited I'd like to see if by doing this I can get down to 15 percent body fat and see what I weigh - might take a while but I like the progressive nature of the approach.

I am starting another 90 day challenge today. For the first few days it's pretty much going to be the same as the last challenge. I had an unfortunate situation happen with my right knee on a hike last Friday. I've been recliner bound for the past few days and I'm sure it will be at least a week or two before I am mobile again. When I can next make it to the grocery store I will buy more beef and phase other meats out of my diet. Right now I have lots of pork and chicken in the freezer to get through. I will also set a goal of doing 2 IFs per week. I'm tracking food today. I'll log day one tomorrow.

Ken sorry about the knee, I had a back issue this winter Jan 1 - derailed my activities and food. I can't do it over again but could have done much better on what I ate hoping a quick recovery for you.

1) Avoid all snacking between meals & after dinner
2) Get most of my fat from food (limit the added fats)
3) < 30 net carbs everyday, but aim for < 20 net carbs
4) First 30 days - ween off of high fiber seed/nut flours
5) Two 18 to 24 hour IFs per week. Makeups allowed.

Met goals 1 - 4: 1 day
Off Target: 0 days
Met IF goal: 0 of 13 weeks

Snacking last night. No IFing today. Still going to track and enter here. I know IFing works and it is good for me, but looking at my history, I find often that when I go to IFing, I end up going off-track within a month or two. Maybe it's not sustainable for me. Or maybe it is, but I'm not ready for it yet. Going to keep pushing forward.

Tuesday: . I maxed out on my carb limit yesterday (mostly from too much LC veggies), but I had a lower than average calories. So it was a good day.
