Snacking last night. No IFing today. Still going to track and enter here. I know IFing works and it is good for me, but looking at my history, I find often that when I go to IFing, I end up going off-track within a month or two. Maybe it's not sustainable for me. Or maybe it is, but I'm not ready for it yet. Going to keep pushing forward.
