April 7 153 (actually, my naked first thing in the morning weighing was 152.3!, but as those measurements are too misleading, I will just take it as the good indication of direction that it is, and accept the 153 as real. Last night before sleeping it was 154! So i know I am solid and sticking in this vicinity )

Not one step off plan and my weight is going up! Plateaus are hard enough, but gains when you are eating according to plan? I know it's not much (yet), but that's what set me off last time... eating so perfectly and still gaining weight.
