Note to self: Throw out socks that have holes. My feet are sore from rubbing on bare skin.

Walked 1.6 miles in the forest (MSY park)

just a note to mention that I am really sore...in my neck, elbows, knees, ankles, and feet. I should also mention that I was at the outreach clinic working and that always leaves me kind of sore....I think I need new shoes. Anyway, it is day 3 of p90x today...I need some coffee before I get started.

Not sure if you have a Sports Authority near by (and if you can wear running shoes to clinic), but I picked up some Under Armour shoes for $40 on clearance and they've been great!

Just think how great you'll feel working out! (That's what I keep telling myself in the beginning LOL).
